“Monthly empties” have been a concept for a while. Personally, I basically like to keep track of my monthly empties to analyze my consumer habits, so I can hopefully reduce or improve my consumption and make more informed and useful choices with my purchases!
Skincare
Hair:
- Kerastase 8h Magic Night Serum Samples – they keep giving me this, so I keep using this. I have no incentive to buy full size anymore since I get so many samples. WNRP
- Waterless Fragrance Mist – Spode to be for washing your hair less, I didn’t find it anti static or frizz at all. The scent I am not a fan of at all. Too artificial peach and floral Blegh. Really pointless and ended up using to scent my laundry lmao. WNRP
Toiletries:
- Living Libations Palo Santo Poetic Pits Deodorant – smelled like pledge cleaner, the lemon completely overpowered this and the palo santo felt like an afterthought. Not a fan. WNRP
- Eczema Honey Full-Body Moisturizer – it’s ok. Not the most cosmetically elegant due to the colloidal oatmeal. It is soothing but not enough for truly dry skin. Hard to get all product out of this bottle which makes it a PITA. Dries matte WNRP
- Aesop Mouthwash – not worth the price. Tried to reuse the bottle for other mouthwashes, but the design is clunky and not intuitive at all. Doesn’t really make u overjoyed to use mouthwash after awhile WNRP
- Random cheap razor – WNRP, looking for better less wasteful hair removal alternatives
Random:
- Folly of the Beast 2020 Pinot Noir – I’m too dumb to be able to review wine properly, I wasn’t crazy or in love WNRP
- Porter and Plot 2020 – this was so unremarkable I don’t even remember it – WNRP
- Kanha CBG gummies – very sedating. Should really only be taken right before bed but ofc I took them during the day. Bad mistake. Can be less of a head high. Free promo product. WNRP
- Intergalactic chocolate – I love chocolate 🙂 I found this randomly so couldnt RP even if I wanted to
- Garden of Life Mood+ Probiotic – WRP
- Humble Pre-roll – free promo product. Was rolled too tightly by a machine.. hard to smoke, kept going out, WNRP
- Yves Saint Laurent – Libre Perfume Sample. – I liked this scent. Very animalic, fruity, sweet party girl scent. Not enough to buy a full size, WNRP
Graveyard
These are products that aren’t technically finished, but need to be retired…
- The Inkey List Oat Cleansing Balm – terrible consistency and smell, hard to wash off the film it leaves, my skin didn’t like it. WNRP
- Pyunkang Yul Balancing Gel – too sticky and tacky.. didn’t really do much for my skin. Not cosmetically elegant. WNRP
